Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Software Engineer to join a close-knit Agile team in a dynamic environment. You will develop both frontend and backend components using React and .NET Core, contribute to code reviews, and help migrate legacy systems to cloud platforms.

The role emphasizes delivering scalable, high-quality software with cloud infrastructure, collaborating with data analysts and product owners, and continuously learning to improve the project and yourself.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in .NET Core, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience delivering scalable apps in the cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Ability to build web apps on cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Commitment to high-quality code via unit testing and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a small Agile team to deliver quality software.
• Contribute to code reviews, design and implement solutions, support business strategy.
• Develop front-end and back-end components using React and .NET Core.
• Work with cloud services and CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Assist in migrating legacy systems to the cloud.
