Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our Agile team. You will collaborate with the team lead and peers to deliver high-quality software in a people-first culture that values agility, flexibility, and diversity.

You'll work in a small, close-knit team, contribute to front-end and back-end development with React and .NET Core, and help migrate legacy systems to AWS while leveraging CI/CD, code reviews, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strong experience in .NET Core, front-end frameworks like React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Database experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience delivering scalable, automated work in the cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Ability to develop web apps that run on cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS).
• Experience maintaining high-quality code through unit testing and code reviews.
• Ability to solve complex problems and learn from mistakes.
• Experience with GenAI or LLM models (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic Claude).
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile team to meet customer requirements and deliver quality software.
• Develop front-end and back-end components using React and .NET Core.
• Contribute to code reviews, design and implement complex solutions, and support pilot implementations.
• Collaborate with data analysts, product owners, and lead developers to address business needs.
• Assist in migrating from legacy systems to AWS and enable CI/CD processes.
