Job summary

VirtusLab, a leading European software consulting and engineering company, seeks an experienced Cloud/DevOps engineer to help design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure across remote and co-working hubs in Poland.

You will work with Azure, OpenTofu, MDM/MAM policies, and modern zero-trust initiatives, collaborating with international teams to deliver migrations and resilient platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years providing services in cloud infrastructure engineering, system administration, or DevOps frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise in utilizing Azure infrastructure & OpenTofu, managing global MDM/MAM policies & Conditional Access.
• Experience configuring AVD & DaaS environments, migrations toward PWA-only models, and leveraging Azure DevOps.
• Proven background in implementing secure and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Prior commercial exposure to the Insurance/Finance domain is asset.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong technical consulting capabilities.
• Familiarity with on-premise infrastructure (AD domains, Windows server, networking) is a plus.

• Contribute to establishing a modern, unified infrastructure and security baseline across the tech estate.
• Assist in transforming operations toward a Zero Trust model and automated, repeatable environments.
• Collaborate with international teams on projects and migrations.
• Support delivery of secure, scalable cloud solutions for enterprise workloads.

• Demonstrated track record of 5+ years providing services in cloud infrastructure engineering, system administration, or DevOps frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise in utilizing Azure infrastructure & OpenTofu, managing global MDM/MAM policies & Conditional Access.
• Profound experience in configuring AVD & DaaS environments, driving application migrations toward PWA-only models, and leveraging Azure DevOps.
• Proven background in implementing secure and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Prior commercial exposure to the Insurance/Finance domain is considered an asset.
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong technical consulting capabilities are highly valued.
• Familiarity with on-premise infrastructure (AD domains, Windows server, networking) is a plus.
• Services can be delivered entirely remotely or from equipped co-working hubs in Kraków and Kielce.
