Job summary

Infolet in Kraków is hiring a Cloud Operations & Automation Engineer to manage the Cloudability platform, onboard users, and automate operational tasks. The role blends IT support, cloud operations, and automation across Google Cloud Run-based solutions.

You will work with Python, FinOps tooling, and cloud security practices, collaborating with global teams. Hybrid work: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote, in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, application support, or L2 support environments.
• Hands-on Python or similar scripting for automation.
• Experience delivering production automation solutions.
• Solid cloud security fundamentals (IAM, least privilege, access management).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working with clients and global teams.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Cloudability platform and user onboarding.
• Maintain platform metadata, budgets, forecasts, and documentation.
• Provide status updates and communicate trends to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize operational processes.
• Develop, maintain, and support automation solutions on Google Cloud Run.
• Address security findings and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Deliver training and guidance to users of FinOps tooling.
