Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking a skilled IT professional to administer and monitor enterprise Cloud environments, support DevOps initiatives, and maintain policies and SOPs. You will provision development environments and provide 2nd line support to development teams, coordinating with third-line specialists as needed.

Candidates should have a strong background in Azure/AWS/Google Cloud, Linux, scripting, and ITIL-based processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 level of education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of IT relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience at similar position.
• English level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam.
• Experience with Azure/AWS/Google Cloud (Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Web, Mobile, Containers, Databases, Analytics, AI & Machine learning).
• Linux administration experience, preferably Red Hat.
• Knowledge of DevOps and IaaS concepts.
• Experience with ITIL-based change, configuration and release management.
• Experience with ticketing systems and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Administering and monitoring of enterprise Cloud environments (including subscriptions, identities, resource management, automation of processes and tasks)

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 level of education: Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of IT relevant professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience at similar position
• English level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• Technical knowledge of one or more enterprise Cloud technology services: Azure/AWS/Google Cloud (Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Web, Mobile, Containers, Databases, Analytics, AI & Machine learning)
• Experience in building a range of Cloud services including compute, storage, network
• Excellent scripting skills and programming experience in the following languages: PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Go, Bash, Windows command prompt and object orientated programming languages
• Demonstrable experience of Linux administration and scripting (preferably Red Hat)
• Basic knowledge in administering Microsoft systems
• Deep knowledge of DevOps principles and Infrastructure-as-a-Service concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of Cloud security and compliance (e.g., Cloud compliance/auditing/monitoring tools)
• Experience in collaborating with multiple support groups
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes
• Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or operating Azure Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones based on the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
• Good organizational and prioritising skills, good communication skills
• A proactive attitude, team-work spirit, being self-motivated with a strong user orientation, able to cope with fast changing technologies
