Job summary

Arηs Group, part of Accenture, specializes in complex public sector IT projects, including cloud, DevOps, and analytics. We seek a senior Cloud Administrator to manage enterprise cloud environments, automate processes, and provide multi-layer support for development teams in a dynamic, fast-changing setting.

You will work with Azure/AWS/GCP, implement IaC with Terraform/Ansible, and apply security/compliance controls across platforms, collaborating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT; min 5 years in IT, with at least 3 years in cloud administration/engineering
• Technical knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP (Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Web, Mobile, Containers, Databases, Analytics, AI & ML)
• Experience building cloud services including compute, storage, network
• Excellent scripting and programming skills (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Go, Bash, Windows CMD, OO languages)
• Linux administration and scripting experience (Red Hat preferred)
• Microsoft systems administration basics
• Deep DevOps and IaaS concepts
• Cloud security/compliance tools knowledge
• Experience collaborating with multiple support groups and ITIL-based processes
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and self-motivated teamwork attitude
• Willingness to adapt to fast-changing technologies
• Hands-on experience designing/operating Azure Landing Zones per CAF
• At least mid-level AWS/Azure/Google Cloud certification

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Administering and monitoring of enterprise Cloud environments (including subscriptions, identities, resource management, automation of processes and tasks)
• Monitoring and reporting on resource utilization and consumption related to the Cloud
• Preparing, updating and maintaining reports and workflows
• Preparing, updating and maintaining policies, guidelines and SOPs
• Provisioning and de-provisioning of development environments and DevOps projects
• Providing 2nd line support to client'sapplication development teams in regards of Cloud Services and coordinating with 3rd line of support
• Participation in coordination and project meetings
• Other specific duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in the IT field, of which a minimum of 3 years must be relevant professional experience in cloud administration, cloud engineering, or a similar area.
• Technical knowledge of one or more enterprise Cloud technology services: Azure/AWS/Google Cloud (Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Web, Mobile, Containers, Databases, Analytics, AI & Machine learning)
• Experience in building a range of Cloud services including compute, storage, network
• Excellent scripting skills and programming experience in the following languages: PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Go, Bash, Windows command prompt and object orientated programming languages
• Demonstrable experience of Linux administration and scripting (preferably Red Hat)
• Basic knowledge in administering Microsoft systems
• Deep knowledge of DevOps principles and Infrastructure-as-a-Service concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of Cloud security and compliance (e.g., Cloud compliance/auditing/monitoring tools)
• Experience in collaborating with multiple support groups
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes
• Good organizational and prioritizing skills
• A proactive attitude, team-work spirit, being self-motivated with a strong user orientation
• Able to cope with fast changing technologies

Specific Requirements

• Hands‑on experience in designing, implementing, or operating Azure Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones based on the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
