Job summary

HEINEKEN in Kraków is hiring a Cloud Engineer to drive cloud infrastructure, automation, and security across the organization. You will work with agile teams to translate business needs into scalable cloud solutions on Azure, using Terraform and IaC practices.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar international FMCG environment, strong communication, and Azure/Azure policy expertise. Hybrid work model with collaboration across global teams is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar Cloud/DevOps role in an international environment or FMCG industry.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the implementation of cloud infrastructure in line with architectural guidelines.
• Collaborating with teams to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
• Building, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure automation using IaC (Terraform, Bicep/ARM, CloudFormation).
• Owning technical quality of cloud deliverables, driving best practices, managing technical debt and cost efficiency.
• Supporting teams in implementing shared solutions while ensuring quality and performance standards.
• Implementing security controls for cloud solutions and ensuring compliance.
• Troubleshooting production incidents and conducting RCA.
• Identifying bottlenecks and optimizing performance and cost.
• Collaborating with development teams and vendors for successful integration.
• Acting as a self-organizing agile team member and presenting features to stakeholders.
