Job summary

Reply in Katowice is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and operate scalable cloud platforms.

You will work with Terraform/Terragrunt, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows, collaborating with an international agile team to improve platform reliability and developer experience. The role requires English and Polish communication and offers a hybrid work model with weekly office presence in Katowice.

Qualifications

• University studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar field.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with cloud platforms and services, preferably AWS or Azure.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS/EKS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bash scripting, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows) and monitoring.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile practices; Jira/Confluence is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; English and Polish communication is strong; AWS/Azure certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, implementation and operation of cloud infrastructures.
• Provision and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Terragrunt) and Git-based CI/CD workflows.
• Operate and support Kubernetes-based platforms for containerized applications.
• Develop automation to improve platform reliability, scalability and operational efficiency.
• Work with managed cloud services across AWS, Azure and GCP, following security and operational standards.
• Collaborate within an international agile team to deliver high-quality solutions and improve developer experience.
• Contribute to team delivery, knowledge sharing and operational procedures using open-source tools like Docker, ArgoCD, Quarkus and GitHub Enterprise.
