Google LLC in Warsaw is seeking a Software Engineer for Cloud AI and DevTools Platform. You will design, implement, and scale backend services written in Go and SQL, collaborating with product and data science teams on telemetry, dashboards, and model performance.

You will mentor peers, shape architecture, and contribute to the evolution of AI-powered developer tools, with an emphasis on reliability and impact across Google's enterprise and consumer offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience in software system architecture.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and operate reliable, high-throughput backend services and data pipelines in Go and SQL.
• Lead technical projects end to end, from design documents to production health.
• Define telemetry schemas and data contracts, build dashboards and datasets for adoption and quality.
• Own a core technical area of the platform and guide its architecture and code reviews.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar on engineering practices, including AI-assisted automation.
