Pharmaxi LLC. is seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant to support day-to-day organisation of clinical trials within a CRO environment. You will assist with project documentation, coordinate meetings, and ensure regulatory and site communications run smoothly.

Ideal candidates are accurate, well organised, with English able to work with documentation, and eager to learn. This role offers growth in clinical research and exposure to national and international projects.

• Ability to work with documents and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Administrative and operational support for the clinical trial team.
• Preparing, completing and organising project documentation.
• Cooperation with CRA, Project Manager, regulatory affairs and data management departments.
• Supporting communication with investigational sites, sponsors and project partners.
• Assistance in organising meetings, training sessions, visits and project activities.
• Monitoring deadlines, task lists and document status.
• Supporting the preparation of documentation for archiving.
