Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Poland is seeking an established Medical Affairs professional to contribute as an independent scientific/tech contributor in Warsaw. You will partner with Medical Affairs clients, internal teams, and external healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based information and strategic insights.

In this role you will monitor research trends, support product development, review clinical evidence, and coach junior colleagues while upholding safety, privacy, and Credo values.

Qualifications

• Established and productive individual contributor in a scientific/technology field.
• Provides evidence-based information on scientific and clinical requirements for new Medical Affairs products and features.
• Follows established safety, privacy, and confidentiality protocol.

Responsibilities

• Develops data insights on scientific developments, products, and services and determines impact within the medical science community.
• Monitors medical research trends and data through dashboards and documents noteworthy changes to apply to current projects.
• Assists with developing products to best coordinate, leverage, and reflect the efforts of the Medical Affairs teams.
• Assists in the management of evidence gathered from clinical trials through compliant communications with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Applies in-depth knowledge to ascertain the medical accuracy and fair balance of medical information in promotional material and learning materials for both internal and external use.
• Serves as medical reviewer on commercial and medical product review committees.
• Partners with commercial and clinical development to support product strategy based on external and internal input.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: zł145,800.00 - zł234,600.00

• In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees' and companies' performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
