Amgen seeks a Clinical Scientist Director to drive early development in Oncology. Lead protocol execution, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration to translate strategy into actionable trials.

You will guide medical monitoring, oversee data integrity, and ensure regulatory alignment across the development lifecycle. A PhD or equivalent is required with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

Doctorate or equivalent with extensive life sciences experience.
Experience in early-phase oncology development preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication for leadership committees.

Responsabilités

Serve as clinical and scientific subject-matter expert for oncology with focus on protocol execution.
Contribute to medical monitoring and assess trial data for trends and risks.
Present information internally and to external stakeholders, and manage collaborations with CROs.
Translate clinical strategy into study concepts and development documents.
Ensure data integrity and governance across trials and regulatory requirements.
Provide clinical input into trial design, data review, and interpretation.
