Job summary

Baxter International in Poland is seeking a Sales Representative in Clinical Nutrition to drive new account development and grow existing accounts within a defined territory. You will build relationships with healthcare providers and support the introduction of Baxter products.

The role requires field sales experience in medical devices or healthcare, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for sales targets
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Provide market information to understand the marketplace
• Develop knowledge of market, demographics, and managed care for your territory
• Identify incremental opportunities and grow the portfolio
• Develop and implement local/regional sales strategies
• Monitor product sales and coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Operations
• Attend regional/local Conferences
• Provide feedback on product improvements to enhance profitability
• Collaborate with other sales reps to increase product penetration
• Create and promote marketing events supporting targets
