Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree with coursework in biology, chemistry and mathematics and MLS/CLS training.
• Successful completion of an accredited medical technology program or certificate.
• Five years of full-time clinical lab experience in listed areas as described.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing across chemistry, microbiology, hematology, molecular diagnostics, immunology, and immunohematology.
• Interpret and verify test results; troubleshoot discrepancies and equipment malfunctions.
• Collect, prepare, and evaluate patient specimens with proper handling and documentation.
• Perform quality control, proficiency testing, calibration and maintenance per accreditation standards.
• Support operations with QA activities, procedure development, inventory management and staff guidance.
