Qualifications

  • Ph.D. or equivalent in Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • For GS-11+, completion of doctoral requirements.
  • Must possess and maintain current license as a psychologist in a U.S. state.
  • U.S. Citizenship and Selective Service registration for males.
  • Background investigation and financial suitability assessment are required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and treatment to individuals, couples, groups, and families.
  • Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests; differentiate organic vs functional causes.
  • Provide diagnosis and psychotherapy using a range of techniques per patient needs.
  • Ensure professional standard of care and thorough documentation of evaluations and treatment.
  • Provide consultative services to other providers and teams.
