The role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem‑solving, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, accurate, and compliant visual data outputs. The developer will also support junior team members when needed but will not serve in a lead or supervisory capacity.The position involves working with business users to define requirements; profiling and mapping clinical and operational data; designing and testing visualization models; ensuring governance and compliance; and providing clear explanations of visual outputs and associated limitations. The developer will also contribute to information lifecycle management within visualization solutions and support compliant access to clinical data. Collaboration with Privacy, Risk, Assurance, Information Security and other regulatory functions is expected to ensure data standards and controls are consistently met.The role also includes developing deeper expertise in clinical data standards, visualization techniques, metadata models, and tools.
