Job summary

ICON plc in Warsaw (Hybrid) is hiring a Clinical Data Coordinator I to support data management deliverables in clinical studies. You will develop eCRFs, review data against specifications, and issue queries to investigator sites, coordinating with clinical data scientists and management to maintain study timelines.

The role requires a Master's in Life Sciences or Healthcare, knowledge of data management systems, and strong English language skills in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• Basic knowledge of clinical data management in pharma/biotech.
• Familiarity with data management software and systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to work fast-paced environments.
• Excellent English and local language fluency.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist Data Management Study Lead in eCRF and Data Validation Specifications.
• Review data per edit specifications and data review plans.
• Issue clear queries to investigational sites.
• Communicate with peers, data scientists and management.
• Support study timelines through project activities such as filing and archiving.
