Job summary

Coloplast Poland is seeking a motivated Clinical Coordinator to support bulk clinical education in Poland. You will apply clinical proficiency in voice and respiratory rehabilitation, coordinate trainings, and support the sales team with medical information and actions.

The role requires frequent travel, strong presentation skills, and independence to manage local educational activities with professional colleagues and patients.

Qualifications

• Higher education in medical/pharmaceutical or related field.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• High communication skills.
• Ability to present to target groups.
• Initiative and involvement in activities.
• Experience conducting trainings and presentations.
• Experience working with nurses and surgeons.
• Drive license and readiness for frequent business trips.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of educational activities to the medical community in Poland.
• Preparation and delivery of trainings, presentations and workshops in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and medical stores.
• Coordinate proper Atos Care Program functioning in educators’ environment.
• Identify development and training needs with local medical community.
• Develop and maintain cooperation with local universities and medical schools.
• Build and maintain relationships with local KOLs.
• Coordinate and support local educational events, including compliance documentation.
• Represent the company at medical workshops, conferences and congresses.
• Market analysis and identifying new recipients of Atos BU in Coloplast products.
• Promote products to medical specialists via visits to doctors and nurses.
• Deliver visits according to Partnership Selling principles.
• Ongoing cooperation with Sales & DtC departments.

About the Role:

You now have a unique opportunity to join our team. We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Coordinator to support our bulk clinical education. This role emphasizes clinical proficiency for voice and respiratory rehabilitation, as well as strong organizational skills in this individual role. The ideal candidate will have experience in conveying appropriate clinical knowledge to the medical community and patients, proactively supported the entire sales team with information and necessary actions. We know that great customer experience involves more than first-rate product development, which is why clinical research and education of both professionals and patients are integral parts of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the implementation of educational activities to the medical community in the subordinate area (Poland)
• Preparation and implementation of trainings, presentations and workshops in hospitals, medical clinics, nursing homes and medical stores
• Coordination of proper Atos Care Program functioning in educators’ environment
• Identifying development and training needs in cooperation with the local medical community
• Developing and maintaining substantive cooperation with local universities and medical schools
• Building and maintaining relationships with local KOLs
• Training cooperation with doctors' chambers and nursing chambers
• Coordination and organizational support in the preparation of local educational events, including responsibility for relevant compliance documentation
• Representing the company at medical workshops, scientific conferences and congresses
• Market analysis and search for new recipients of Atos BU in Coloplast products
• Promotion of dedicated products in the medical specialists of a chosen target list (visits to doctors, nurses and other, indicated medical care specialists)
• Delivering clients’ visits according to Partnership Selling principles
• Ongoing cooperation with the Sales & DtC departments

Requirements:

• Higher education (medical, pharmaceutical or related)
• Knowledge of the medical and/or pharmaceutical environment
• Driving License
• Very good knowledge of English
• Readiness for frequent business tripsExperience in conducting trainings and presentations (experience in the field of medical education is welcome)
• Experience working with nurses and surgeons
• High communication skills
• The ability to make presentations to the target group
• High level of independence and responsibility in the scope of entrusted activities (punctuality, reliability)
• Initiative and involvement in implemented activities and projects
