Job summary

Jobtailor in Poland is seeking a field-based Medical Education Specialist to implement educational activities for the medical community across Poland. You will prepare and deliver trainings, presentations, and workshops in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and medical stores, while coordinating the Atos Care Program with educators’ environments and ensuring compliance documentation.

You will build relationships with universities, medical schools, doctors' and nurses' chambers, and local KOLs,

Qualifications

• Higher education in medical/pharmaceutical field or related area.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience in conducting trainings and presentations in medical education is welcome.
• Experience working with nurses and surgeons.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the implementation of educational activities to the medical community in the subordinate area (Poland)
• Preparation and implementation of trainings, presentations and workshops in hospitals, medical clinics, nursing homes and medical stores
• Coordination of proper Atos Care Program functioning in educators’ environment
• Identifying development and training needs in cooperation with the local medical community
• Developing and maintaining substantive cooperation with local universities and medical schools
• Building and maintaining relationships with local KOLs
• Training cooperation with doctors' chambers and nursing chambers
• Coordination and organizational support in the preparation of local educational events, including responsibility for relevant compliance documentation
• Representing the company at medical workshops, scientific conferences and congresses
• Market analysis and search for new recipients of Atos BU in Coloplast products
• Promotion of dedicated products in the medical specialists of a chosen target list (visits to doctors, nurses and other, indicated medical care specialists)
• Delivering clients’ visits according to Partnership Selling principles
• Ongoing cooperation with the Sales & DtC departments

Requirements

• Higher education (medical, pharmaceutical or related)
• Knowledge of the medical and/or pharmaceutical environment
• Driving License
• Very good knowledge of English
• Readiness for frequent business trips
• Experience in conducting trainings and presentations (experience in the field of medical education is welcome)
• Experience working with nurses and surgeons
• High communication skills
• The ability to make presentations to the target group
• High level of independence and responsibility in the scope of entrusted activities (punctuality, reliability)
• Initiative and involvement in implemented activities and projects
