Job summary

PhyNet Dermatology LLC (External) is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to lead administrative and clinical teams in our clinic. You will work directly with the physician to optimize workflows, maintain high standards of patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, scheduling tests, managing supplies, supervising staff, handling recruitment, performance reviews, incident reporting, and daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years in a clinical setting with at least 1 year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Proficient with practice management software and EMR; able to scribe notes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of medical practice and organizational policies.
• Familiar with examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures.
• Experience with medical equipment and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination and treatment rooms and sterilize tools.
• Schedule diagnostic tests and coordinate patient care.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with policies and patient confidentiality.
• Lead recruitment for hourly positions and onboarding.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage staff scheduling.
• Complete incident reports and report workers’ comp for HR.
• Oversee daily operations including registration and cash handling.
• Direct clinic functions across systems, budget, HR, data processing.
