A leading language services firm is seeking a Transcripts Associate to manage transcription projects and enhance client communication. You will oversee multiple projects, interact with clients, and ensure timely delivery of transcripts. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, excellent English communication, and at least 2 years of experience in document controls. This is a fully remote position with competitive benefits.
Associates connect our clients with the language professionals needed to ensure that their projects achieve optimal results. As a Transcripts Associate in our dynamic Transcript Services team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced setting that demands careful attention and the skill to manage clients' expectations. Your primary responsibilities include managing projects by pairing them with suitable transcribers, overseeing the progress of multiple transcription projects, and delivering completed transcripts. As you develop these core skills, you'll find opportunities to take on more complex tasks and contribute to strategic planning with the Client Service Managers within the Client Services team.
This role is to manage a team of transcribers, not to actually transcribe documents.
