Job summary

BSI in Warsaw is seeking a Client Planning Advisor fluent in English and Polish to join our hybrid team.

The role focuses on proactive scheduling of CE days, handling calls to book or reschedule visits, and coordinating with internal and external delivery teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

This 15-month fixed-term contract offers a salary from 84,000 PLN gross per year and a hybrid work model with three days in the office.

Client Planning Advisor - Polish language (Warsaw)

Location: Warsaw

Work Model: Hybrid, with 3 days working from the office.

Contract: 15 months Fixed Term

Salary: starting from 84,000 PLN gross yearly

Purpose Of The Position

To deliver the ethos of Making Excellence a Habit through the provision of proactive and effective assessment visit planning and booking, serving both internal and external new and/ or existing customers, and to contribute to the overall delivery of the CE days target.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all calls (inbound and outbound) to book or reschedule visits in an effective manner to ensure that the BSI brand “Tone of Voice” and quality guidelines are maintained at all times.
• Take ownership of availability for specific external delivery teams and work with Service Delivery Managers to utilize all diary availability.
• Works with computerized office management tools, including computer diary systems, databases and spreadsheets.
• Ability to cope with pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Build effective rapport with the customer to provide short- and long-term planning solutions for new applications, including booking all stages of the application with the client and identifying and assigning a local client manager to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Highlight any reports of clients at risk of cancelling their registration and take ownership for their resolution, escalating to line management when necessary.
