Job summary

VML is seeking an Account Manager to lead advertising campaigns for a key client, bridging creativity and execution across digital, OOH, social media and more. You will own client relationships, project timelines, and budget management in a hybrid Warsaw setting.

The role requires at least 2 years in an agency, strong communication, and English with Polish as a mother tongue. Mentoring, learning resources, and a modern Koneser office are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Account Manager in an advertising agency.
• Fluency in English at least B2.
• Polish native speaker.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and campaigns from brief to execution.
• Maintain client relationships as the main point of contact.
• Manage schedules, budgets and priorities across multiple projects.
• Translate creative concepts into concrete executions across channels.
