Job summary

VML Poland is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead digital campaigns for a key client. You will be the main client contact, coordinating assets for social media, video, banners, TV and radio, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

You will collaborate with Social Media, Creative, Strategy and Production teams to build strong relationships and drive campaign results. Hybrid Warsaw work model with some remote days is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Account Manager in a digital setting.
• Experience preparing advertising materials for social media (Meta, TikTok), video, banners, and TV/radio.

Role in a nutshell:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and be responsible for managing advertising campaigns for one of our key clients. If you have experience in the digital space, can prepare materials for social media (including Meta, TikTok), banner campaigns, and work with a media agency – this position is for you! You will be the main point of contact, ensuring excellent communication with the client, smooth project execution, and high quality.

Job Details:

• Location: Hybrid model – 2 days a week in our Warsaw office, with the possibility of remote work on the remaining days.

• Close collaboration: Social Media, Creative, Strategy, and Production teams

What will keep you busy during the day:

• Coordinating and managing digital campaigns, including preparing assets for social media (Meta, TikTok), video, banner campaigns, TV, and radio.
• Close collaboration with the media agency and creative teams to deliver high-quality advertising materials.
• Effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timeliness and quality of execution.
• Proactive collaboration with the client – building and maintaining long‑term relationships based on professionalism and accuracy.
• Attention to detail, organizing team work, and overseeing campaign execution.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Account Manager, especially in the digital area.
• Experience in preparing advertising materials for social media (Meta, TikTok), video, banner campaigns, and radio and television commercials.
• Familiarity with working with media agencies and the ability to manage advertising campaigns across various channels.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, including the ability to quickly respond to their needs and expectations
