Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in account management, preferably in an advertising agency.
• Experience supporting projects across social media, digital, and non-standard marketing activities.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with ability to overcome challenges.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized to meet deadlines.
• Understanding creative processes and bridging strategy to execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
• Budget management skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency at a B2 level.
• Native-level proficiency in Polish is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of client accounts and marketing strategies.
• Assist in managing 360° communication projects – from concept to final execution.
• Coordinate creative, production, strategic, and media teams for campaigns.
• Act as a key point of contact for the client, supporting senior team in relationships.
• Prepare briefs, status reports, presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project summaries.
• Drive projects forward with high-quality execution and effective communication between teams.
• Participate in regular team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and status updates to maintain alignment.
