WhyHireWrong? Warsaw-based consultancy and tech firm is seeking a Client Development Representative to drive outbound conversations with pharma clients across Europe and APAC. You will identify the right contacts, initiate discussions, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
The role emphasizes disciplined, high-volume outreach, region-specific language flexibility, and thorough CRM logging. Full training is provided, with a clear path to growth within the team.
I am recruiting on behalf of a Warsaw-based consultancy and technology company specialising in pharmaceutical serialisation, supply chain compliance, and digital transformation. Since 2020, they have worked with pharmaceutical manufacturers, CMOs, and MAHs across Europe and Asia-Pacific - a team of around 15 people, punching well above their size in a highly specialised niche.
This is not a large corporation. It is a senior, focused team that takes on real regulatory problems for global pharma clients - and they are hiring deliberately, not frantically.
This is an outbound sales role. But not the kind where you read from a script and hope for the best.
As a Client Development Representative, you are the first voice potential clients hear. Your job is not to close deals - it is to start real conversations. You will be reaching out to pharmaceutical companies across Europe and Asia-Pacific, finding the right people, earning their attention, and handing off well-qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.
Here is why the domain is worth learning: pharmaceutical serialisation is a legal requirement affecting every drug that moves through a supply chain in Europe and Asia-Pacific. When it breaks down, products get pulled, shipments fail compliance, and manufacturers face regulatory action. The companies this team works with are trying to prevent exactly that - and they need partners who understand the stakes. It is a niche that rewards people who are genuinely curious about how complex systems work.
The client base spans Western Europe and Asia-Pacific, so outreach happens in English as the defaultand if you speak French or German or Spanish, you will be reaching clients in their own language within weeks of starting.
Full training is provided. What you bring is discipline, a structured approach, and the confidence to drive outbound activity at volume.
Open doors through outbound outreach
Map the market
Keep the pipeline honest
In your first four weeks, you will shadow live calls, complete serialisation and compliance training, and build your first target account list. By the end of week six, you will be running outreach independently with a full pipeline under your name.
No padded lists, no "nice to haves." If it is here, it matters.
No trick questions, no pharma knowledge quiz. Here is what the interviews are actually looking at:
