Job summary

Real is seeking a project engineer to support a critical manufacturing facility project for a Global Medical Device company. You will review and validate HVAC system designs for cleanrooms, ensuring systems are designed, installed, and operated in a regulated medical device setting.

Collaborate with project managers, facilities teams, and contractors across design and implementation, and assist commissioning, qualification, and validation activities to ensure compliance with airflow,

• Evaluate cleanroom HVAC designs to meet performance requirements.
• Support commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
• Verify airflow, pressurization, filtration, temperature and humidity requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, facilities teams and contractors.

Job description

This is an exciting project engineering opportunity where you will be supporting a critical manufacturing facility project for a Global Medical Device company. You will review and validate HVAC system designs for cleanroom environments, ensuring the system is properly designed, installed, and operating as intended in a regulated medical device setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret HVAC design drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
• Evaluate cleanroom HVAC system designs to ensure performance requirements are met.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
• Verify HVAC systems are meeting airflow, pressurization, filtration, temperature, and humidity requirements.
• Partner with project managers, facilities teams, and contractors throughout design and implementation.
