Job summary

Sysco Corp. in Kraków, Poland, is seeking an Engineer for CIAM with 2–4+ years of IAM experience, focusing on Okta SSO and MFA. This hybrid role involves 2 days in office and 3 days remote, with on-call rotations and cross-functional collaboration across global apps.

You will design, implement, and support CIAM solutions, develop APIs and scripts, and serve as a technical SME for integrations involving SaaS, cloud, and on-premise systems. A strong communication skill set is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–4+ years of IAM experience with Okta, Azure Entra, and governance tools.
• Hands-on Okta SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and integrations.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud, and on-prem IAM integrations.
• Strong API development, scripting, and REST workflows.
• Okta certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and managing Okta SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and integration with eCommerce applications.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining CIAM solutions using Okta for global applications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues to ensure service reliability.
• Developing and maintaining architecture diagrams, project plans, status reports, and runbooks.
• Serving as technical SME for integration efforts, translating requirements into identity solutions.
• Providing 24X7 On-Call support for CIAM services.
• Managing end-to-end integration projects with planning, scoping, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Developing custom scripts, customizations and APIs to support business needs.
