Job summary

Foxelli Group is seeking a Churn Specialist to understand customer needs, identify churn drivers, and develop retention initiatives across our D2C brands. You’ll transform data into actionable insights and drive initiatives that reduce churn at scale.

This 100% remote role invites you to work across multiple products and brands, using AI tools to accelerate research, automate repetitive tasks, and test onboarding and lifecycle improvements that move the needle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing churn and deriving root causes.
• Comfortable working with cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and A/B test results.
• Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping, onboarding optimisation, or CRO.
• Experience building automations: triggered flows, lifecycle sequences, or similar.
• Able to turn messy data into a clear point of view and present it to senior stakeholders.
• Has worked across multiple products or brands and uses AI tools beyond prompts.

Responsibilities

• Churn Analysis & Research across Foxelli brands and benchmarks.
• Audit and improve the full customer lifecycle with a churn lens.
• Develop and run retention initiatives: lifecycle emails, win-back campaigns, and activation flows.
• Build automations to support retention at scale and measure impact.
