Job summary

QLOC is seeking a linguistically skilled tester to join our gaming QA team in Warsaw. You will test linguistic quality in Chinese (simplified and/or traditional), evaluate PC and console games, and report defects in English.

Ideal candidates have native Chinese, strong English, experience with games, and good communication. Familiarity with MS Office is a plus; relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Perfect native fluency in Chinese with excellent grammar and stylistic nuance.
• Good level of English language proficiency.
• Experience with computer and/or console games.
• Communication skills – ability to describe problems clearly and briefly.
• MS Office suite familiarization.

Responsibilities

• Testing and evaluating the linguistic quality of video games (linguistic testing) in Chinese (simplified and/or traditional).
• Evaluating the functionality of PC and console video games.
• Creating defect reports in English.
• Proposing solutions for linguistic defects.
