Job summary

Omada seeks a high-visibility QA leader to define and own the quality strategy for our cloud and on-premises products. You will shape testing across 10+ scrum teams, mentor Test Automation Developers, and work with the Release Manager to ensure dependable, predictable releases.

You’ll drive end-to-end test planning, embed QA in CI/CD, and establish measurable KPIs to improve release quality. The role reports to the CTO in a hybrid setup with locations in Warsaw or Alicante.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in QA, quality, or test engineering in cloud software.
• Proven ability to lead or manage test/QA engineers.
• Strong test-automation background and CI/CD experience.
• Ability to define and measure quality with data.
• Experience with multi-team Agile environments and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the test automation discipline across the org and mentor teams.
• Define and own the quality strategy, standards, and gates.
• Own release-readiness criteria and collaborate with Release Manager.
• Drive end-to-end test strategy: automation, coverage, regression, security.
• Embed quality into CI/CD pipelines with shift-left practices.
• Make quality measurable with KPIs and actionable insights.
• Champion quality across every team and foster a quality-first culture.
• Lead defect management and post-release quality reviews.
