Friends And Partners, a leading international eCommerce platform, seeks a Chief Product & Technology Officer to drive growth and digital transformation. This executive role oversees Product Management, Technology, Engineering, and Data across multiple markets, delivering a scalable, customer-centric digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of experience in senior Product and/or Technology leadership roles (e.g., CPTO, CTO, CPO).
• Proven track record of building and scaling digital platforms, ideally within eCommerce or marketplace environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall Product & Technology strategy aligned with business goals and growth ambitions.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of a scalable, high-performing eCommerce platform serving B2C customers.
• Drive product innovation, ensuring a best-in-class user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap planning to delivery and optimization.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and performance at international scale.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and IT.
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders to translate business strategy into product and technology initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics and customer insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and external partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain market leadership.
