Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced change management professional to lead the change agenda across strategic, transformational projects within the MEU Transformation & Strategy Team. You will partner with leaders across functions and geographies to ensure readiness and adoption.

This hybrid role reports to the Regional Change Lead MEU, focuses on setting change strategies, coaching teams, and measuring impact with limited travel and a strong emphasis on collaboration and execution.

This assignment is limited till 31st December 2029. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic change management professional to join our MEU Transformation & Strategy Team. As part of the MEU Transformation & Strategy Team, you are responsible for leading the change management agenda of strategic, transformational & cross functional projects throughout the entire change process. You will work directly with leaders across functions and geographies driving transformation in our organization by analyzing complex business changes and translating them into practical activities that ensure readiness and adoption.

How You Will Contribute

• Act as a change partner and be accountable for change and communication of projects
• Work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization
• Set change strategies and create plans
• Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization with a focus on end-to-end process efficiencies and improvement
• Define, design and execute strategic change and transformation interventions that drive business performance, and which align to the strategic goals of the organization
• Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders and influence through ongoing partnership, active coaching and appropriate role delineation
• Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years experience managing complex change, communication and training initiatives in a global corporate environment
• 5+ years experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders
• Good knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Training/instructional design experience
• A passion for change, can drive big-picture thinking and not afraid to roll up your sleeves

• This role will report to the Regional Change Lead MEU and will work directly with Project Leads.
• Leadership without formal authority should be part of your skillset.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Change management certification preferred, but not required.

Travel requirements: Infrequent, as needed for project and team meetings.

Work schedule: Hybrid

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from :3,984 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
