Job summary

Mars in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Change Communications Lead to independently drive the change communications for a major global finance e-invoicing transformation. The role shapes end-to-end communications strategy, enabling readiness, adoption and continuity across Suppliers, Customers and Mars Global Services teams.

You will develop targeted, audience-specific messages, lead stakeholder engagement, and coordinate across PMO, project leads, and Corporate Affairs to ensure alignment with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing change and communications for complex transformation programmes.
• Ability to translate changes into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating multi-channel communications including emails, intranet sites and videos.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end change and communications strategy for programme readiness, adoption and business continuity.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and translate insights into plans.
• Create audience-specific communications explaining complex programme changes.
• Maintain a consistent narrative aligned with Mars Finance messaging.
• Prepare leadership communications and programme updates for engagement.
• Build relationships across PMO, leads, stakeholders and Corporate Affairs.
• Act as primary contact for all change and communications activities.
• Support end-user adoption via targeted communications and feedback mechanisms.
• Monitor effectiveness and provide insights to programme leadership.
