Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Change Communications Lead to independently drive communications for a major global finance e-invoicing transformation from the Warsaw area. The role requires crafting a clear change strategy and coordinating across Suppliers, Customers, Segment Operations and Mars Global Services teams.

You will build a consistent narrative, prepare leadership updates, and ensure readiness, adoption and business continuity with engaging, audience-targeted

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading change and communications for large transformation programmes.
Ability to map stakeholders and plan communications across multiple audiences.
Experience turning complex changes into clear, engaging messages.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end change and communications strategy for readiness, implementation, adoption and continuity.
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and translate insights into targeted plans.
Create audience-specific communications explaining programme changes clearly.
