Job summary

A leading capital group in Poland is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join its Management Board. The CFO will lead the financial strategy, oversee financial management and M&A activity, and work closely with the CEO on strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in senior financial management, a strong background in corporate finance, and relevant qualifications like ACCA or CIMA.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior financial leadership, ideally within a capital group or multi-entity structure.
• Demonstrated ability to work at the Board level and influence strategic direction.
• Analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management.
• Supervise financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and capital structure management.
• Drive M&A initiatives, including valuation, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
• Partner closely with the CEO and the Management Board to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure effective financial governance, risk management, and sustainable value creation.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization across the Group.
