Job summary

Sii Poland's Product Design Studio seeks a CFD/thermal analysis specialist to support diverse engineering projects across automotive, industrial, energy, aerospace and hi-tech sectors. You will create numerical models, run CFD and thermal simulations, analyze results, and translate them into design improvements, collaborating with designers and CAE specialists throughout the life cycle.

Experience with STAR-CCM+ or Ansys Fluent and English proficiency are required; full-time or part-time

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Energy, Aviation, Automation or related).
• At least 3 years of experience performing CFD and/or thermal analyses for technical products or systems.
• Proven ability to build, validate and verify numerical models.
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting simulation results and documenting findings.
• Good command of English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CFD analyses and/or thermal analyses for mechanical products and systems.
• Create numerical models and prepare assumptions for simulations.
• Analyze flows, heat exchange and product behavior under various operating conditions.
• Interpret simulation results and recommend design changes.
• Collaborate with project teams, designers and other CAE specialists.
• Participate in product optimization for performance, reliability and cost.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports from analyses.
• Support validation and product development processes at different life-cycle stages.
