Sii Poland is seeking a CFD/thermal analysis specialist to join our Product Design Studio. You will conduct CFD and thermal analyses for mechanical products and help translate results into design improvements across automotive, industrial, and hi-tech projects.

Depending on experience, we offer full-time and part-time cooperation. You will build and validate numerical models, analyze flows and heat transfer, and prepare technical reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an

Qualifications

• 3+ years of independent CFD/thermal analyses for technical products or systems.
• Experience with STAR-CCM+ or Ansys Fluent.
• Good command of English for international environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CFD analyses and/or thermal analyses for mechanical products and systems.
• Create numerical models and prepare assumptions for simulations.
• Analyze flows, heat exchange, and product behavior under various operating conditions.
• Interpret simulation results and recommend design changes.
• Collaborate with project teams, designers, and other CAE specialists.
• Participate in product optimization for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports from analyses.
• Support validation and product development processes at various life-cycle stages.
