Job summary

Sii Poland's Product Design Studio is seeking a CFD/thermal analysis specialist to support engineering projects across automotive, industrial, energy, aerospace, and hi-tech sectors. The role involves model creation, simulations, result interpretation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of independent CFD/thermal experience, familiarity with STAR-CCM+ or Ansys Fluent, and strong English skills for international work.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Energy, Aviation, Automation, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of independent CFD or thermal analyses experience.
• Practical knowledge of STAR-CCM+ or Ansys Fluent.
• Ability to build, validate, and verify numerical models.
• Strong command of English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CFD and/or thermal analyses for mechanical products and systems.
• Create numerical models and prepare assumptions for simulations.
• Analyze flows and heat transfer under various operating conditions.
• Interpret results and recommend design changes.
• Collaborate with project teams, designers, and CAE specialists.
• Support product optimization for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports from analyses.
• Support validation and development processes across life-cycle stages.
