Job summary

Sii Poland's Product Design Studio is seeking a CFD/thermal analyst to support engineering projects across automotive, industrial, energy, and hi‑tech sectors from its Wroclaw office. You will develop and apply CFD/thermal analyses to validate designs and drive improvements.

The role offers flexible cooperation in full‑time or part‑time capacity, requires 3+ years of independent CFD/thermal experience, and a good command of English for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in CFD and/or thermal analyses for technical products or systems.
• Hands-on with STAR-CCM+ or Ansys Fluent.
• Background in fluid mechanics and heat transfer.
• Ability to build, validate, and verify numerical models.
• Ability to interpret simulation results and propose design changes.
• Experience documenting findings in technical reports.
• Proficient English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CFD and/or thermal analyses for mechanical products and systems.
• Create numerical models and set up simulation assumptions.
• Analyze flows, heat exchange, and product behavior under various conditions.
• Interpret results and recommend design changes.
• Collaborate with project teams, designers, CAE specialists.
• Contribute to product optimization for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Support validation and product development across life cycle stages.
