Colgate-Palmolive in Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland, seeks an Order to Invoice Analyst to manage the full order-to-invoice cycle and ensure timely deliveries. You will collaborate with CP teams and customers to optimize processes in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires fluent English and Romanian, strong MS Office skills, and analytical, communicative, and autonomous work style; SAP is a plus. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
• Fluent in English and Romanian.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office skills.
• Autonomous, results oriented, promoting team-work, problem solving.
• Analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Order to Invoice process within CP Best Practice standards ( “Essentials”) and collaborate with local CDTs on effectively supporting order to invoice fulfillment.
• Responsible for total customer service management for assigned customer accounts: manages, and performs when necessary, all aspects of the order to invoice cycle while cultivating effective relationships with both customers and CP colleagues.
• Accountable for successful order management and monitoring all aspects of the customer service process to assure on time deliveries to Customers.
• Create manual orders (non-revenue or revenue) by request and by exception.
• Manage order creation issues and order acknowledgement.
• Order Validation, Order maintenance and Delivery Creation.
• Utilize TMS to consolidate orders / deliveries into optimized shipments (where applicable).
• Cooperate with Logistics (either of CP internal or 3PL) so orders / deliveries can be consolidated into optimized shipments (where applicable).
• Follow up on Delivery exceptions, including refusals avoidance and returns order creation (after approved request).
• Issue invoice follow up.
• Develop effective customer communications and relations to facilitate effective order to invoice fulfillment, including:
• New item launches
• SKU transitions/substitutions
• Prolonged stock issues
• Investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues.
