Job summary

Beiersdorf in Warsaw is seeking a part-time Business Analyst to support category analysis and planning. You will prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (sell-out, pricing, competitive activities) and coordinate POSM production.

You will own Promo SKUs administration, develop VAS tools, and work with multiple functions. The role offers a hybrid model with flexible hours, a 2-day-per-week home option after onboarding, and the chance to contribute to international teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is a must.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Strong analytical skills and project management are top priorities.
• Curiosity and challenging mindset, attention to detail, ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (sell-out, pricing, competitive activities) for category analysis & planning.
• Coordinate small POSM production (PO creation, budget tracking, design update).
• Own Promo SKUs administration (VAS tool development, Product passport creation, quantities accumulation and follow-ups).
• Other tasks related to the daily work of the team.

Your Tasks

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (sell-out, pricing, competitive activities etc) as an input for Category analysis & planning.
• Coordinate small POSM production according to the plan (PO creation, budget tracking, design update).
• Own Promo SKUs administration (VAS tool development, Product passport creation, quantities accumulation and necessary follow-ups with involved functions).
• Other tasks related to the daily work of the team.

Your Profile

• Fluent English is a must.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Strong analytical skills and project management are top priorities.
• Curiosity and challenging mindset, attention to detail, ability to work under time pressure, initiative, responsible attitude.
• Previous experience in business analysis and/or project management is a plus.
• Confident user of MS Оffice (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word). Advanced Excel user. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
