In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating and executing procurement strategies that drive not only cost savings but also enhance quality, service levels, and supply chain resilience. You will have the responsibility of managing supplier relationships and risks while ensuring alignment with business priorities. Accountabilities

• Create and execute short and long-term procurement strategies for indirect categories (IT, Professional Services, Fleet, Logistics, Consulting, etc.)
• Lead the 7-step sourcing process for key categories, including needs analysis, market assessment, and contract finalization
• Identify and categorize indirect spend, utilizing ERP and reporting tools for data analysis
• Onboard suppliers while ensuring compliance, and maintain long-term partnerships
• Improve purchase-to-payment processes for efficiency and compliance
• Set up and maintain communication structures with stakeholders for effective collaboration
• Deliver reports and KPI reviews for procurement and budget meetings

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic indirect procurement
• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Proven ability to deliver value beyond savings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
• Skilled in negotiating, contracting, and supplier relationship management
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Results-driven with a structured and hands-on approach
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
