Job summary

PMSolutions is hiring Catalan-speaking customer support agents for remote work in Poland. The role offers approximately PLN 5,800 gross per month under an employment contract.

No prior experience is required as training is provided during working hours, with onboarding to assist users by phone and email and respond to inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Catalan language at C1 level is required.

Responsibilities

• Updating information and modifying notifications while working at the computer.
• Support for users by phone and e-mail.
