Job summary

• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong experience in technical delivery coordination, project/program management, or engineering operations.
• Proven experience working with internal technical and product stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to influence through collaboration rather than authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and with modern engineering teams.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to support analysis, planning, and day-to-day decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary coordination point for Casino Engineering delivery and technical topics with Product and other Technology units.
• Coordinate and structure delivery plans across Casino Engineering teams into a coherent, cross-team view.
• Drive the ongoing maintenance of the Casino Engineering technical roadmap, including architecture evolution and platform improvements.
• Facilitate regular planning and alignment sessions with Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify delivery risks, and address dependencies early with Engineering Managers.
• Prepare consolidated engineering status reports and roadmap updates for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering operations and ways of working across Casino Engineering.
