Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (minimum B2)
• Communicative English required
• Corporate experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in AR is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external clients via phone and email to collect overdue payments
• Monitor overdue payments and perform dunning
• Manage disputes related to invoices, prices, and payment transactions
• Follow up on disputes with other departments
• Prepare reports and analyses
• Support accounting processes in AR area

Tasks and Qualifications:

• You will work with our clients, both internal and external, via phone and email in order to collect overdue payments

• You will monitor any overdue payments and perform dunning

• You will manage disputes – raised in case of any discrepancies with invoices, prices, payment transactions

• You will follow up on disputes with other departments

• You will also prepare reports and analysis

• You will support our accounting processes in AR area

Your Skills and Expertise:

• Fluent Italian - minimum B2

• Communicative English

• Corporate experience

• At least 1 year of experience in AR area would be an advantage

• Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach

• Curiosity with openness to new technologies
