KION Business Services Polska is seeking a Cash Collection Junior Specialist with Italian to join our financial team in Kraków. You will contact clients to collect overdue payments and support AR processes in a dynamic, cross‑border environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (min. B2) required.
• English language skills required.
• At least 1 year of experience in AR or collections preferred.
• Experience in corporate/structured environments is a plus.
• Proactive, improvement-minded and curious about new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients via phone and email to collect overdue payments.
• Monitor overdue accounts and perform dunning activities.
• Handle disputes related to invoices, prices or payments.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and analyses; support AR accounting processes.

Cash Collection Junior Specialist (Italian)

For our financial department we are currently looking for Cash Collection Junior Specialist with Italian.

Tasks and Qualifications:

• You will work with our clients, both internal and external, via phone and email in order to collect overdue payments
• You will monitor any overdue payments and perform dunningli>
• You will manage disputes - raised in case of any discrepancies with invoices, prices, payment transactions
• You will follow up on disputes with other departments
• You will also prepare reports and analysis
• You will support our accounting processes in AR area

Your Skills and Expertise:

• Fluent Italian - minimum B2
• Communicative English
• Corporate experience
• At least 1 year of experience in AR area would be an advantage
• Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
