Accenture Kraków is seeking a capable Business Analyst to join our Capital Markets Team on international implementation projects. You will analyze business needs, design processes, and collaborate with clients and colleagues to turn challenging requirements into practical solutions.

You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment across Europe, with opportunities for professional growth, ongoing training, and exposure to state‑of‑the‑art tools.

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English.
• Experience in a technical/business analysis team.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with SQL/databases (Analyst/Developer/Administrator role).
• Proficiency in SQL; Oracle 19c is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of capital markets financial instruments.
• Familiarity with PL/SQL and Linux basics is a plus.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Good with English in writing/speaking form.
• Experience in teamwork in a technical/business analysis team
• Min. 2 years of professional experience of working with SQL/databases (preferably in a Analyst/Developer/Administrator role)
• Proficiency in SQL (preferred Oracle 19c)
• Basics of SQL query optimization
• Awareness/knowledge of basic capital markets financial instruments
• Basics of PL/SQL (nice to have)
• Basics of Linux filesystem navigation/operations via terminal (nice to have)
