Wlgroup in Poland announces a relocation opportunity to Norfolk, United States, with NATO-5 visa support. The role strengthens joint intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and awareness capability through analytical leadership and doctrinal development.

The successful candidate will guide capability products, coordinate with agencies and nations, and maintain status information while enabling multi-source, multi-domain integration in a complex defence environment.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent military college qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• Five years of operational experience inside the last twelve in intelligence fusion and integration, particularly multi-source and multi-domain.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• At least two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development of capability products under the alliance governance model.
• Supporting the programme director and project coordinators, including work with agencies and nations.
• Providing methodological and analytical expertise for the holistic approach to this capability area.
• Supporting the projects themselves, including the intelligence line of effort.
• Drawing out, capturing, analysing and tracing requirements at every level.
• Developing and reviewing the doctrinal corpus.
• Coordinating across all lines of development and proposing courses of action where they conflict.
• Organising and taking part in workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborating with national and international organisations, centres of excellence and academia.
