Job summary

Wlgroup is seeking a professional to support capability products development within a multinational defence context, coordinating with alliance governance and agencies to drive multi-domain effects.

You will provide analytical expertise, coordinate with senior leaders, and help manage workshops and conferences. A master degree and extensive defence experience with fluent English are required; relocation to Norfolk, VA with NATO-5 visa is provided.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• At least three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational experience inside the last twelve integrating and synchronising effects, particularly non-kinetic ones.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• At least two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.
